Which gas gives dense white fumes with Hydrogen chloride gas?
Hydrogen chloride gas is acidic in nature and when Hydrogen chloride gas reacts with basic Ammonia gas it gives Ammonium chloride fumes. These Ammonium chloride fumes appear as dense white fumes.
